Convert concept drawings to schematic drawings in compliance with by-laws and independently prepare relevant presentation materials.

Prepare and assist in design proposals.

Communicate effectively with the director, team leader, and project team members.

Liaise and coordinate with clients and consultants on project design intent.

Develop detailed construction drawings, researching material suitability and technical issues.

Produce construction drawings, manage projects, and inspect site works with minimal supervision.

Lead the preparation and submission of documentation for authority approvals.
02. Assistant Architect - Part 1
-
